TUBULAR SEPARATOR

TC&TS series tubular seprarator are designed for separating suspensions and emulsions with a solid phase content below 1%, featuring solid particles ranging from 1 to 0.1 micrometers in size.

Operated by a motor, these centrifuges rotate the large pulley and high-speed wheel, driving the main shaft to spin at speeds generating centrifugal forces of up to 13,400 to 19,000 g. As materials enter the rapidly rotating drum, solid particles separate from the liquid under centrifugal force, adhering to the drum’s inner wall. Users manually remove settled solids after a designated period. The separated liquid phases or light and heavy liquid phases exit through distinct liquid outlets on the accumulation disc, directed to specified equipment or tanks. Termed “clarification type” for liquid-solid separation and “separation type” for liquid-liquid-solid separation, these centrifuges find extensive applications in industries such as biopharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, and blood separation.
